The Talk to Bruno VIP Guarantee helps Members resolve challenging situations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the work provided, contact us directly at email@example.com.
Our project coordinators will work directly with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Talk to Bruno tries to ensure the satisfaction of every Member and Partner involved in every transaction. When a Member is dissatisfied with the quality of a Partner’s work, we offer a direct line to resolution, contact us within 24hours of services and we will be eager to solve the situation.
Reconnecting with a Partner
We believe in giving Partners a second chance. We offer this option so that Partners have the ability to make things right with the Members they serve; However, if a Member prefers, we can always accommodate and assign a different Partner upon their availability.
When you contact Talk to Bruno to reconnect with a Partner, we’ll reach out to the Partner and mediate the experience on your behalf. We’ll ask for a few details regarding the situation, what you feel went wrong, and what it would take to make it right.
Our coordinators will arrange everything, so all you’ll need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for the Partner to come to you.
